How a quote works

From the first form to your first payroll, here's what to expect.

1. Tell us about your crew

Fill out the quote form or book a 15-minute call. We ask about your trade, headcount, rough payroll, what you pay for comp now, and whether you want benefits priced.

2. We call you

Within one business day, we call to fill in the gaps: what your crew actually does, whether you use subs, when your policy renews. We'll tell you what documents we need, usually your declarations page and loss runs.

3. We shop it with our PEO partners

We take your details to Florida-licensed PEOs that write your trade. Each one prices comp and its service for your crew, and benefits if you asked.

4. You get a side-by-side

We lay the quote next to what you pay now, in dollars per year, so you can see whether it's worth switching. If it isn't, we'll tell you.

5. If you switch, we help you set it up

The PEO onboards your crew, sets up payroll, and issues your certificate of insurance. Time it around your renewal date or a quarter start to keep things clean. We stay your contact if anything comes up.

What it costs you

Nothing. Quotes are free, and you're never obligated to switch. If you sign with a PEO, the PEO pays us a referral fee. It doesn't change your price.

Who we are

ProtectMyCrew is an independent referral business in Pensacola. We aren't a PEO, an insurer, or an insurance agency. The PEO you choose provides the coverage, sets the price, and approves your account. More about us.

Find out what your crew would pay

Tell us your trade and headcount. We'll shop it with our PEO partners and send you a side-by-side against what you pay now, usually within one business day.
