ProtectMyCrew is an independent referral business that connects Florida employers with PEO providers for workers' comp, payroll, and benefits. This page explains what we collect through protectmycrew.com and how we use it.
What we collect
When you request a quote
- Your name, company name, and phone number
- Your email address, if you give one
- Your trade, headcount, work area, and any optional details you give, such as payroll range, current coverage, renewal month, benefits interest, and notes
How you found us
With each request, the site sends the page you landed on, the page you submitted from, the website that referred you, and any campaign tags or ad click identifiers in the link you followed (such as utm_source, gclid, or fbclid). The site keeps these in your browser for the current visit only (session storage), and they clear when you close the tab. This site doesn't set advertising cookies.
When you schedule a call
Scheduling links open Calendly, which collects the details you enter there. Our links pass the campaign tags above so we know where the booking came from.
We don't ask for Social Security numbers, bank information, or medical information on this website.
How we use it
- To call or email you about your request
- To share relevant details with PEO partners so they can quote your crew
- To follow up before your policy renewal, if you told us when it is
- To see which websites and ads lead to requests
We share your details only with PEO partners involved in your quote, and only for that purpose. We don't sell your information.
Services we use
- Formspree receives quote requests and delivers them to us by email.
- Calendly handles scheduling.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and routes email sent to [email protected]. It may process technical information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to follow up and coordinate your quote. If you don't move forward, we delete it on request or when it's no longer needed.

Email [email protected] to update or delete your information at any time.

Tell us your trade and headcount. We'll shop it with our PEO partners and send you a side-by-side against what you pay now, usually within one business day.
